- Limitations on SWOT - Everyone has their own "REALITY" box, I think I am..., which my belief tell me that I am.... It may not be true. An individual must be able to see and think out of the box and access to possibilities
- Understanding self assessment tools - DISC, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Harrison Inner View lots MORE...It helps for knowing where I am and moving forward to where I want it to be.
